A Voluptuous Christina Aguilera hits the party circuit in London

48506, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM - Monday December 13, 2010. A voluptuous Christina Aguilera hits the party circuit after the UK premiere of the film Burlesque with her new boyfriend Matthew Rutler. Unfortunately for Christina, a stumble and twisted ankle outside the Burlesque after-party caused her some visible discomfort as she gave a little grimace while climbing out of a car. Despite soldiering on and signing autographs for fans, Christina left the after-party via the back door.
