Fans go wild in NYC, NY this morning on August 11, 2010, all to catch a glimpse of singer Rihanna's newest tattoo from Eastside Ink yesterday evening! (Rihanna left Eastside Ink last night with a new bandage covering the right side of her neck as she tightly clutched her handbag over her chest! But today her left side tattoo does not look to be much different than last night. Did Rihanna get a tattoo touch up, could there be two new tattoos, or could the neck bandage be a decoy for her chest!? ) Fame Pictures, Inc
