Renovations are nearing completeion on Jennifer Aniston's Beverly Hills home nearly two years after she purchased it. Despite the fact a private security firm with armed guards constantly tour the star-studded enclave, the 40-year-old former "Friends" actress is building a special "guard station" at the property so that she can be protected 24/7. The custom built guard's station will be built at the main entry gate and will contain it's own office, bathroom and sleeping area. Security cameras, heat sensitive alarms and a 7ft high chain-link fence will also surround the perimeter detecting any unwanted guests. Jennifer is planning to move into the 11,00 sq ft single-level home later this summer. The now-worth 15 million dollars house was designed by famed architect Hal Levitt will contain three bedrooms, five bathrooms, a living room, dining roon, den and a "great room". Jen has designed her own bedroom to feature huge walk-in closets with and adjacent powder room and office while the master bathroom has it's own spa bath. For romantic nights with hunky new boyfriend John Mayer her bedroom also features a huge fireplace so they can snuggle up if the temperature drops. Finally, the stunning hilltop house, which is conveniently around the corner from her BFF Courteney Cox, has two gyms, a wine cellar below her gourmet kitchen, a tanning room, library and a huge outdoor patio leading onto landscaped gardens containing a secluded swimming pool.
